You are booked to work 3 different dates in January 2023, face-to-face, with a student at University. On Monday 2nd January, all dates are cancelled as the student has dropped out of University. The agency hasn’t yet offered any alternative work for those days – would you still charge your cancellation fee?
If the dates were within the cancellation fees then yes. I would try to seek alternate work to save any cancellation fees but ultimately yes.
