Join us as Jane Cordell leads another annual workshop.
Having completed a short reflective exercise pre-workshop, this highly interactive session will let you explore individually and together first what constitutes value to you, then the value you offer personally and professionally as a lipspeaker. We will examine points of tension in pricing e.g. market value versus personal, moral issues between supporting lipreaders and charging appropriately, and how individual and collective action could help you. You will also get the opportunity to reflect on yourself as a business and how you could improve the way you communicate, market and price your services.
