LGBTQ+ Workshop & AGM

Join us on Saturday 2nd Aril for the first ALAS ‘LGBTQ+ Workshop’ between 10:00 – 15:00.

Taking place on ‘Zoom’, we will be joined by activist Jasper Williams.

Jasper (he/him) has a background in LGBT+ and Deaf/disability activism since 2012, founding many LGBT+ groups in South Oxfordshire and North Wales. He previously held the position as the first Trans Officer at Bangor University. He became involved with Plaid Ifanc Cymru and then went on to work with NUS Wales in the role of LGBT+ officer delivering training across UK universities and colleges. He has an MSc in Clinical Neuropsychology and now works as a self-employed disability benefit adviser and community trainer, delivering LGBT+, disability and Deaf inclusion training.
