NRCPD – Psychological Safety

Theresa Thomas-Morton (CEO of NRCPD) will be presenting and holding a discussion on the positive impact of psychological safety and unconditional positive regard in our professional practice and development.  The discussion will explore ways to enhance effectiveness and promote personal growth by intentionally creating professional spaces that are psychologically safe.
