City Lit Deaf Day 2024

Deaf Day is a free annual one-day event to celebrate Deaf culture, welcoming visitors from all corners of the UK.  It is an opportunity for Deaf and hard of hearing people to get together, socialise and celebrate Deaf provision and the Deaf community – increasing our social impact and strengthening the community.

ALAS will have a stall for the full day, which will be manned by a variety of ALAS members. If you would like to volunteer your time to help run this stand and spread awareness of lipspeaking, please let us know.
